What you'll do

• Develop and execute debit and credit card strategy
• drive portfolio growth, usage, profitability, and customer engagement
• oversee card issuance, servicing, disputes, production, vendors, and operations
• direct branch support services and operational logistics
• oversee fraud detection, prevention, investigation, and customer protection
• lead department leaders and enterprise initiatives
• manage budgets, vendors, controls, compliance, and audits
• advise executives and prepare presentations and performance reports.
