What you'll do
- Coordinate and oversee medical care and treatment for a caseload
- provide delegation and medical consultation to unlicensed providers, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- train providers and staff in medication administration, documentation, recognizing signs requiring intervention, basic health-support skills, and specialized equipment
- complete assessments and evaluations
- develop care plans and review medical documentation and health tracking
- apply nursing practices and regulations to support compliance
- advocate for individuals and caretakers in clinical decisions.
