What you'll do

• Respond to customer technical inquiries by phone, web submission, and email
• manage field services for commissioning, startup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• identify, quote, and order replacement parts
• coordinate direct and third-party technicians and service calls
• provide real-time phone or video support
• manage cases, quotes, sales orders, RMAs, and service tickets
• gather technician reports and site feedback
• support technical training
• develop FAQs
• maintain current product data
• analyze customer request data for improvement opportunities
• occasionally support customers or technicians after hours or on weekends.
