What you'll do

• Advise Human Resources, business leaders, and executives on employment matters
• support workforce planning and organizational changes
• manage employment litigation, arbitrations, agency charges, and disputes
• oversee outside counsel, discovery, mediation, and settlement work
• advise on labor relations and collective bargaining
• conduct or oversee workplace investigations
• monitor legal developments
• draft and update policies and agreements
• deliver employment-law training
• and support legal risk and budget reporting.
