Behavior Technician, In-Home ABA Services

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in client homes in Malden, MA, with occasional travel to clinic locations. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour. The role supports Champions ABA - MA’s in-home services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The technician delivers individualized ABA therapy and behavioral interventions, tracks client progress, and collaborates with families, caregivers, and clinical professionals. The work helps clients develop skills and supports families in generalizing those skills in natural environments.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to treatment plans
• implement behavioral interventions
• collect and report progress data
• communicate with families and caregivers
• collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Speech-Language Pathologists
• and guide families in generalizing skills.
