Overnight Member Service Representative

What you'll do

• Manage overnight cleaning assignments and prepare the facility for the morning shift
• greet and engage members and guests
• assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales
• promote club services and programs
• enroll new members
• check in members and guests and resolve check-in alerts
• answer phones
• communicate special events
• facilitate member requests or refer them to a manager
• maintain an organized work area and perform opening and closing checklist duties.
