What you'll do

• Oversee assigned client implementations and ongoing relationships
• align deliverables with client expectations, KPIs, and service levels
• liaise with client stakeholders and escalate performance issues
• address client concerns, participate in audits, and manage invoicing
• mentor and train staff and monitor proficiency
• maintain client resources and reference files
• triage and respond to medical information inquiries
• document adverse events and product complaints
• support medical writing and content development
• handle inquiries across phone, email, CRM, and chat
• perform assigned on-call duties
• travel up to 10%.
