Job overview

The HubSpot Systems & Data Engineer role is remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The stated annual compensation range is $72,000–$100,000, with bonus opportunities. The role supports Curvion’s client-facing RevOps and sales systems work across multiple client environments. This engineer builds and maintains the CRM architecture and data infrastructure that underpin clients’ sales operations. By improving data integrity, automation, integrations, reporting and system performance, the role helps client systems scale and supports reliable sales execution and analysis.

What you'll do

• Build, configure and optimize HubSpot properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, automations and architecture
• audit client environments and resolve data integrity issues
• build and maintain integrations
• work with APIs, webhooks, imports and exports
• support migrations and deployments
• establish data validation, deduplication, normalization and governance processes
• troubleshoot root causes
• document systems and technical processes.
