What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and review staff

• ensure quality standards, licensing requirements, and classroom ratios are met

• maintain policies and procedures
• build relationships with families and community partners
• oversee budgets, expenses, enrollment goals, and financial trends
• act as a classroom teacher or mentor teacher as needed.
