Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant is a hybrid role in downtown Seattle, WA, with three days per week onsite. Compensation is $121,134–$181,700 per year. The role supports Seattle Children’s People Operations initiatives and the organization’s commitment to pediatric care and research. The consultant advises employees and leaders on labor relations and compliance, analyzes labor-related information, and partners with People Operations colleagues to develop equitable, proactive strategies. The role helps advance employee relations, engagement, talent, total rewards, and workplace investigation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

What you'll do

  • Provide labor relations guidance to employees and leaders
  • collect, analyze, and report information on grievances, disputes, requests for information, and NLRB matters
  • support the Director of People Operations with labor compliance and strategy
  • partner on employee relations, compliance, engagement, talent management, total rewards, and workplace investigations
  • apply data analysis and change management in developing initiatives.
