What you'll do

• Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
• adjust collection methods for different age groups
• follow specimen requirements and standard precautions
• perform quality control procedures and instrument checks
• maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
• prioritize STAT, ASAP, scheduled, and outpatient orders
• maintain a clean, organized work environment and appropriate lab supply use.
