What you'll do

• Coordinate complex, multistage interviews across regions and time zones
• optimize interview panels with People Operations and team leads
• support candidates from outreach through offer
• source and map PhD talent across AI research domains
• manage full-cycle searches and hiring strategies
• partner with research leadership on role requirements and candidate profiles
• maintain compliant recruiting records and applicant-tracking-system data
• improve hiring workflows and represent the lab at conferences.
