What you'll do

• Own the technical delivery backlog and translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, specifications, and test scenarios
• configure and administer a SharePoint Online portal
• build governed content catalogs and low-code workflows
• develop workflow and automation capabilities using Appian and/or Microsoft Power Platform
• partner with stakeholders and technology teams
• create or enhance Power BI dashboards
• use AI-assisted tools where appropriate with human review
• own testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, release readiness, documentation, and technical handoff
• work within enterprise security, risk, regulatory, and audit controls.
