What you'll do

• Motivate sales representatives through goal setting, promotions, meetings, coaching, and joint sales calls
• monitor individual and team progress and develop plans for underperforming staff
• follow up with customers about cancellations, orders, service issues, and appointments
• work with lead managers to improve lead conversion
• ensure use of company sales platforms
• train and retain sales representatives
• assist with annual sales and marketing budgets
• prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• assess the competitive marketplace and available permit data
• assist with advertising activities.
