What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, entry points, amenities, and the property perimeter
• monitor visitor, resident, and vendor activity
• respond to incidents and resident concerns and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed
• complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
