What you'll do

• Help prepare and serve menu items
• stock stations
• follow serving-size and special-diet guidelines
• follow recipes and FIFO practices
• maintain kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
• complete basic food-safety logs and production records
• communicate supply needs
• assist teammates and train new team members as needed.
