What you'll do

• Collaborate with center leadership on nursing care and patient scheduling
• evaluate nursing care and coordinate patient-care activities with surgeons and anesthesia providers
• oversee clinical areas, patient flow, and emergency nursing activities
• support nursing standards and accreditation requirements
• prepare staffing schedules and evaluate clinical personnel
• assist with orientation and staff education
• oversee instrument and equipment care, cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and maintenance
• support safety, infection prevention, risk management, cost containment, and budget activities
• participate in center committees and meetings.
