What you'll do

• Supervise children in classrooms and on playgrounds
• implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules using the Balanced Learning curriculum
• assess children’s developmental needs
• plan parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations with a Leadership Team member
• maintain classroom and common areas
• follow health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• attend required meetings, workshops, and school functions.
