What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and develop in-home sales representatives
• coach and mentor the team in the field
• conduct ride-alongs and assist with presentations and closing
• review scheduled appointments and lead utilization
• monitor individual and team performance
• conduct sales meetings and training
• establish performance expectations
• assist with cancel-save and rehash opportunities
• analyze sales metrics and implement improvement strategies.
