What you'll do

• Read fabrication drawings and work orders
• measure, mark, cut, form, drill, fit, join, grind, and finish metal components
• inspect dimensions and workmanship
• report defects and discrepancies
• stage and label materials
• maintain production records
• and follow shop safety procedures. Welding and powered equipment operation are limited to trained and authorized work.
