Shift Lead

The role also supports club operations through shift reporting, policy adherence, and routine facility walkthroughs.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer phones and questions
• check members in and support tours and sign-ups
• process purchases and membership account updates
• respond to concerns
• assist with training staff
• provide backup support
• complete shift reports
• maintain cleanliness and perform facility walkthroughs every 20 minutes.
