Development Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage projects and serve as project engineer and client contact
• participate in business development
• research applicable design options, codes, and regulations
• perform engineering calculations and design
• produce and review plans, reports, estimates, and specifications
• coordinate with surveyors, CAD designers, and outside consultants
• conduct field observations
• review shop drawings and material certifications
• sign and seal engineering work performed directly or under direct supervision.
