What you'll do

• Provide member service and process cashing checks, deposits, payments, withdrawals, and information inquiries
• listen to member questions and concerns and offer appropriate product and service guidance or referrals
• follow policies, procedures, risk mitigation, and operating controls
• prepare and verify official checks and money orders
• balance the assigned cash drawer
• perform end-of-day activities, filing, phone answering, and supply maintenance
• provide coverage at other Member Relationship Centers as needed.
