What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about power products and technical solutions
• generate and qualify leads
• prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages
• follow up on quotations
• collaborate on customer-specific solutions
• support outside sales with pricing, product selection, and account management
• maintain CRM records
• identify upgrade, maintenance, emergency service, and replacement opportunities
• track projects through contract award
• coordinate order processing, delivery, and customer communications
• work toward sales objectives.

Why this role

Requires 2+ years of inside sales, technical sales, customer service, or account management experience. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Technical knowledge of generators, transfer switches, switchgear, UPS and battery systems, and electrical distribution is preferred.
