What you'll do

• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial painting projects

• attend pre-bid meetings, walkthroughs, networking events, and client meetings
• follow up on bids and clarify scope, pricing, exclusions, and changes
• coordinate transition of awarded work with operations and project management.
