The Retail Store Worker role is onsite in ‘Aiea, HI. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. The worker supports Goodwill Industries of Hawaii retail store operations and customer service. The role exists to serve customers and process donated merchandise in support of Goodwill’s mission of creating pathways to opportunity and dignity through work. Cashiering, sorting and organizing donations, replenishing stock, and maintaining the store help sustain daily retail operations.

What you'll do

• Process sales and handle money according to company rules
• greet customers and answer questions
• inform customers about sales and promotions
• monitor for shoplifting or damage and notify a manager
• keep shelves stocked and organized
• rotate items
• assist with cleaning and other assigned store tasks
• support donation processing, receipts, and merchandise organization.
