Senior Embryologist

The embryologist performs and refines core IVF laboratory procedures while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role contributes to clinical outcomes through precise specimen handling, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing laboratory improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures under established SOPs and quality standards
• identify and grade oocytes
• prepare and assess sperm
• perform conventional insemination and ICSI
• culture and assess embryos
• perform embryo biopsy as trained
• vitrify and warm oocytes and embryos
• manage specimens and cryostorage
• maintain QA/QC documentation
• participate in proficiency testing and competency assessments
• troubleshoot laboratory issues
• contribute to optimization and research
• attend meetings and continuing education
• maintain electronic records.
