The Vibrant Life Assistant is an onsite, full-time role in Escondido, CA, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. The assistant safely drives the community van, supervises residents during outings, and helps deliver activities within the community. The role supports resident safety, participation, and engagement during trips and planned programs.

What you'll do

• Drive the community vehicle for outings and medical appointments
• assist residents getting on and off the vehicle
• supervise residents and assist with personal care and planned activities during outings
• support community activities
• maintain vehicle readiness and report safety or maintenance issues
• train staff on loading, unloading, and wheelchair lift use
• report suspected abuse or changes in resident condition.
