What you'll do

• Assist technicians and customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• identify and order OEM parts and accessories
• use electronic catalogs and dealership systems
• process orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
• maintain inventory and conduct counts
• receive and stock shipments
• source parts
• communicate availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• coordinate with service staff
• maintain transaction records
• assist with warranty returns and core processing
• keep the department organized.
