What you'll do

• Lead Dispatch performance and coach operational managers
• establish roles, decision rights, and escalation protocols
• evaluate workflows, staffing, schedules, and coverage
• manage operating rhythms and KPIs
• identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• coordinate across dispatch, chauffeur management, fleet, safety, client services, and other departments
• develop managers
• improve processes and tools
• plan for operational risks
• partner with executives on strategy and capacity planning.
