Business Analyst — Product and Pricing

The Business Analyst — Product and Pricing role is hybrid in Saint Louis, MO, with Monday through Thursday onsite and Friday work from home. Compensation is up to $67.50 per hour plus overtime. The role supports product and pricing data products for a Fortune 100 food and beverage manufacturer through FuseGlobal. The analyst translates stakeholder needs into requirements for data-product design, development, testing, and support. Working with product, business, and technical partners, the role helps validate solutions, resolve data issues, and promote usable, governed, reusable data products.

What you'll do

• Gather and document stakeholder requirements
• translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data definitions, and mappings
• refine the backlog with the Product Owner and technical and business partners
• perform data validation, functional testing, and user acceptance testing
• use SQL and analytical tools to investigate data issues and validate solutions
• identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and gaps
• support issue triage and root-cause analysis
• improve usability
• advocate for data-product standards, governance, and reusable design patterns
• participate in agile ceremonies and department meetings.
