The Construction Estimator role is onsite in Bel Air, MD. Pay is $21 per hour. The estimator supports the company’s project team by preparing cost estimates to inform profitable business decisions. What you'll do

• Review project documentation and meet with clients or visit relevant locations to understand scope
• collect plans, drawings, and specifications
• research labor and material costs
• gather and negotiate provider bids
• submit estimates to project managers
• and budget and forecast using appropriate software.
