What you'll do

• Lead and develop shift maintenance supervisors
• set department expectations and training plans
• lead maintenance planning and scheduling
• implement the CMMS as the maintenance system of record
• direct reliability work on downtime and repeat failures
• improve preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance
• track maintenance KPIs
• coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Tooling
• manage budget, spare parts, contractors, and service providers
• oversee buildings, grounds, utilities, inspections, and safety compliance.

Why this role
