The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Westford, MA. Compensation is $18.00–$23.40 per hour. The role supports Cadence Education’s early childhood programs and its work to shape bright futures for children and families. The teacher supports daily classroom operations and curriculum delivery while helping create a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment. The role contributes to children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs and builds positive relationships with children and families.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• respond to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• assist the Lead Teacher with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers using approved tools
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• assist with child behavior documentation and escalation
• attend required meetings, training, and professional development
• and follow company policies. Schedules may vary based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs.
