What you'll do

• Repair, test, and troubleshoot turbo molecular pumps, power supplies, bearings, seals, and other vacuum equipment
• decontaminate, clean, and assemble pumps
• use hand and power tools and precision measurement equipment
• follow safety policies and wear PPE
• document repairs with service records, photos, and reports
• maintain shop tools
• assist with service-parts inventory, shipping, and receiving
• keep the work area organized.
