What you'll do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• partner with leadership to maintain the donation site’s image, service, donation stewardship, security, maintenance, and donor-count integrity
• open and close as required
• report team member absences
• assign duties as applicable
• complete assigned operational control functions
• train to master Goodwill processes.
