What you'll do

• Lead and develop Bakers, Pizza Makers, and the Assistant Baker Manager
• organize bakery operations

• maintain natural yeast and naturally leavened products
• manage schedules, payroll submissions, budgets, and inventory
• maintain sanitation
• and coordinate daily activities and recipes with leadership.
