What you'll do

• Maintain an outpatient clinical practice
• manage and mentor psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
• implement provider onboarding and training policies
• participate in provider interviews and selection
• oversee clinical operations, compliance, and best practices
• drive regional strategy
• communicate with physicians, staff, and stakeholders
• analyze healthcare data for trends and improvement opportunities. Requires board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, state licensure or willingness to obtain it, interventional treatment experience (TMS preferred), 2+ years of leadership experience, and an unencumbered DEA registration.
