In-Home Aide

Job overview

The In-Home Aide works onsite in clients’ homes in the La Grange, NC area. Pay is $13–$17 per hour. The role supports Cypress Coast Care’s work helping people remain in the homes they love. The aide provides hands-on personal care and household support, observes and reports changes, and maintains service records to help clients receive respectful, dependable care at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating
• help clients self-administer medications and, when applicable, monitor vital signs under RN delegation
• prepare meals, do laundry, and shop
• report changes, incidents, and problems
• document activities and health data
• follow company policies and state regulations.
