The Substitute Teacher role is onsite in Oregon, OH. Pay is $12–$14 per hour. Nourish Early Learning is an early childhood learning center focused on children’s intellectual and psychological growth. Substitutes step into classrooms serving infants through school-age children, follow established routines, and support educators in keeping children safe, engaged, and nurtured. The role helps maintain classroom continuity during educator absences.

What you'll do

• Support classroom routines and activities as directed by the lead teacher
• supervise children
• assist with play, learning, snacks, handwashing, transitions, and caregiving
• maintain a safe, welcoming, and clean classroom
• and follow state licensing, school policies, child-safety guidelines, and applicable teaching standards.
