What you'll do

• Lead cheer and dance sessions for elementary students
• follow the provided curriculum and activities
• teach age-appropriate cheer motions, dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork
• supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
• create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• encourage confidence, creativity, and participation
• communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
