Regional Construction Controller

What you'll do

• Lead month-end and year-end close across regional entities
• own work-in-progress schedules, job-cost reports, and variance analysis
• enforce GAAP compliance, including percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• review budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete with project managers
• oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
• mentor and develop the accounting team.
