What you'll do

• Manage the parts department and staff
• coordinate procurement, receiving, processing, stocking, inventory, and distribution
• maintain records and stock orders
• handle returns, backorders, warranty returns, special orders, pricing updates, shipping, invoices, purchase orders, reports, and forecasts
• assist customers at the counter and by phone
• research parts and pricing
• coordinate with suppliers and service staff
• and recruit, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff and drivers.
