What you'll do

• Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and service welding
• read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• work with different materials and fabrication techniques
• use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• manage multiple projects and deadlines
• care for equipment and follow workplace safety practices
• work independently and contribute to the team
• be willing to learn new skills and operate equipment such as skid loaders.
