Junior Estimator

What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and site development
• assist with estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• analyze costs
• support vendor and subcontractor solicitation
• coordinate with project and field teams
• maintain bid files and cost data
• and help identify risks and value-engineering opportunities.
