What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial close across entities and jurisdictions
• oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and US GAAP compliance
• prepare consolidated financial statements
• support budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
• oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances
• strengthen controls and lead audit preparation
• support tax and regulatory filings
• own NetSuite administration and optimization
• identify automation and process improvements
• manage and develop the accounting team.
