What you'll do

• Analyze mid- and higher-level workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits due
• manage long-term indemnity claims and monitor reserve accuracy
• file required documentation with state agencies
• develop and manage claim action plans
• coordinate return-to-work efforts and approve claim payments
• process assigned claims
• manage subrogation and negotiate settlements
• communicate claim actions with claimants and clients
• maintain accurate claim files and coding
• support quality programs. Complex lifetime medical or defined-period medical claims may be processed.
