The Impact Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist is a hybrid position based in Hackensack, NJ, with regular onsite work and standard business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. Compensation is not specified. Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative provides free primary and preventive care to low-income, working, uninsured Bergen County residents. The specialist turns clinical and operational data into clear reports, visualizations, and narratives for funders, partners, and the community. The role also maintains data systems and produces analysis that supports organizational planning, grant reporting, and communication of BVMI’s impact.

What you'll do

• Create visual summaries and infographics
• lead data collection and analytics for impact reports, grant narratives, and publications
• maintain outcome benchmarking frameworks
• administer and optimize data connections across Alteryx, Athenahealth, Snowflake, and Tableau
• maintain ETL workflows
• build selected dashboards and troubleshoot reporting issues
• analyze patient demographics, social determinants of health, clinical outcomes, patient volume, and healthcare trends
• prepare data submissions for recognition programs
• and provide validated metrics to Development and Clinical teams.
