What you'll do

• Design responsive, conversion-focused desktop and mobile experiences
• own UX/UI improvements across the customer journey
• create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• build and evolve a Figma design system
• work with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• contribute to front-end development in a .NET stack
• partner on launches, promotions, and campaigns
• use analytics and customer feedback to identify friction
• participate in design reviews, QA, and post-launch iteration.
