Surgical Technologist III This is an onsite, full-time position in Denver, CO, with a salary range of $26.52 - $40.90 per hour USD. The Surgical Technician III will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide assistance during the surgical procedures performed in the department in the scrub role.

What you'll do

• Demonstrates appropriate priorities of care when admitting patients to the Emergency Department.
• Assists in meeting and maintaining patient comfort needs, i.e. toileting, nutrition, pain management, rest positioning.
• Show the ability to recognize signs of withdrawal and/or abuse of drugs and alcohol, and reports to ED Nurse/physician.
• Identifies and reports signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect to ED nurse/physician.
• Distinguishes abnormal vital signs and informs the ED nurse/ physician.
• Displays knowledge of the specific conditions, diseases, and treatment therapies for the specific patient population of the Emergency Department.

What we're looking for

Education

High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of Surgical Technician Program.

Experience

One years experience as a Surgical Technician II in the Main OR. Ability to meet the requirements of Surgical Technician III position.
